Installing Renewable Heating

Lincolnshire’s Bridge Farm Group are the UK’s leading ornamental plant supplier, providing garden centres and DIY chains like B&Q.

As part of a strategy to convert to renewable heating throughout the numerous sites, Ebtech were instructed to design and build an energy centre to provide renewable heat for the site.

This included a 2.2MW wood chip boiler, manufactured by Danish biomass combustion specialist Justsen, who through their relationship with Ebtech, have established a great reputation within the glasshouse industry.

The boiler is fed via a top loader fuel store system and the system also incorporates a back-up boiler and glasshouse heating infrastructure.
